Returns & Exchanges

At James Michelle, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
